Dealing with persistent mood shifts or navigating recovery from substance use can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. As a psychiatrist with 3 years of clinical experience, I provide comprehensive, compassionate, and non-judgmental medical care tailored to your unique journey.
My clinical practice focuses on diagnosing and treating mood disorders—including major depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, and persistent anxiety—alongside evidence-based medical management and harm reduction for substance use and dual diagnoses.
In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan combining careful medication management, psychoeducation, and practical lifestyle interventions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and equipped with the tools needed to regain emotional balance and sustained wellbeing.
