What your profile will say: Coaches are not clinicians; for mental-health treatment see a therapist or psychiatrist. This line appears under your trust badge, and safety referrals are never routed to non-clinical profiles. If a client needs treatment, point them to a therapist or psychiatrist.

What Mindara keeps from each payment, what happens to your money if a session is cancelled, and the current rates are all set out in plain words inside the agreement — open it before you accept.

Two optional programmes

Employer sessions — a company pays for its employees' sessions. Mindara pays you a fixed rate for your profession, not your own fee (no commission taken); the current rates are in the agreement. You choose below whether to take these bookings; you can switch it off any time.
Session packs — clients pre-pay a bundle of 30-minute sessions. You are never included automatically: after approval you can offer the rate you would accept per pack session, and Mindara confirms, suggests another figure, or declines. Nobody is paid a rate they did not agree to.

One provider agreement

The unified SLA covers rates, bookings, cancellations, messaging, EAP, group and workplace services, payouts, deductions, disputes, privacy and quality. EAP participation remains optional.
