Student Assistance Programme (SAP) for Universities
Extend campus counselling capacity with private 1-on-1 teletherapy, student wellbeing tools, and consent-based referral coordination with your campus health team.
Why Higher Ed Requires Modern SAP
The Mindara Bridge: Private digital access can reduce visibility and stigma-related barriers to support. Mindara can also provide a structured, student-consented referral pathway to existing campus health services. Adoption varies by institution and should be measured during each pilot.

Designed for Students, Deans, and Counsellors
A coordinated support option that extends existing campus services while protecting student privacy and keeping institutional responsibilities clear.
Private, Multilingual Teletherapy
Students can connect with Mindara-listed psychologists and psychiatrists by concern, language, age group, session format, and availability. Provider qualifications and registration information are reviewed according to professional category; availability varies by provider and location.
- Private access without an in-person waiting-room visit
- Audio, video, or private asynchronous chat where offered
- Eligible subsidised sessions covered by the college’s shared session-credit pool, subject to programme terms and provider participation
Blended Care Coordination
Mindara extends rather than replaces the campus health service. Where this workflow is enabled, students can give separate consent to share a defined referral handoff with authorised campus staff.
- Separate, explicit student consent for each referral handoff
- Secure provider-to-campus coordination where the agreed workflow supports it
- Signposting to current crisis and emergency resources
Emergency boundary: Mindara is not an emergency-dispatch or continuous crisis-monitoring service. If there is immediate danger in India, call 112 or Tele-MANAS at 14416 / 1800-891-4416.
Aggregate Wellness Reporting for Institutional Evidence
Authorised campus teams can review aggregate programme-utilisation and student-wellbeing measures where configured. Reports can support internal review and institution-led preparation of student-welfare evidence.
- Aggregate, access-controlled reporting for configured programme measures
- Guided exports for institution-led evidence preparation
- Data-access, consent, retention, and de-identification controls defined in the programme agreement
Mindara does not certify UGC compliance, provide NAAC accreditation, or determine NIRF participation, ranking, score, or acceptance.
