Employee confidentiality
Care choices, messages, clinical details and the identity of a provider are not included in employer reporting. Employers receive aggregate programme information only where the reporting group is large enough to protect privacy: nothing is shown for groups of fewer than five people.
Security controls
Role-based access, security logging, encrypted transport and payment-provider separation support the service. Contract, retention and incident-response requirements can be reviewed during enterprise onboarding.
Implementation and evidence
