TALK NOW
Talk to a mental health professional today
Talk Now is a request to speak to someone who is free at that moment, instead of booking a time in advance. You can read how it works here; you only sign in when you send the request.
Nobody free this minute
Sending a request needs an account, because it goes to a real person. We'll bring you straight back.
How Talk Now works
1. Say what it is about
Pick a topic if you want to, or leave it blank. Anything you write is only seen by the provider who connects with you.
2. We look for someone
We hold your request for 10 minutes while we look for someone. If nobody accepts in that time the request ends on its own, and nothing is charged. There have not been enough requests recently to state a typical wait, so we do not claim one.
3. You confirm, then meet
When a provider accepts, you see who they are, how long the session is and what it costs before you pay. The session opens in your account.
The soonest booked session with a provider taking new clients is Next: today 11:45 am. See open times
What would you like to talk about?
Optional. Choosing one now simply carries it into your request, so you do not have to type it again.
Talk Now is not an emergency service
This is not a crisis service, but a therapist can provide immediate professional support.
If someone is in immediate physical danger, call the emergency services: 112 (all India emergency number).
If you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please reach out immediately. You are not alone and help is available 24/7.
