Who I work with: Individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or OCD; families managing neurodevelopmental conditions or geriatric cognitive decline (dementia, stroke, TBI); high-stress professionals at risk of burnout or moral injury; and community groups needing psychoeducation or PFA support.
My focus: I combine neuropsychological assessment (ACE-III, MMSE, MoCA, WAIS) with rehabilitation-oriented psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, SFBT, IPT, biofeedback) — so I don't just diagnose, I build a structured plan around it. I also work on community mental health and resilience-building for high-stress and underserved groups.
Working with me looks like: assessment first when cognitive or developmental concerns are involved, a clear goal-based plan with progress reviews (not indefinite sessions), coordination with other providers (OT/PT/SLP/psychiatry) when needed, and a therapy style matched to the issue rather than one default approach.
