My approach is patient-centred, compassionate and evidence based, with an emphasis on understanding the individual beyond the diagnosis and providing holistic, personalised care. I value therapeutic rapport, clear communication, psychoeducation and collaborative decision making with patients and families. Alongside clinical practice, I am actively involved in mental health awareness initiatives and talks aimed at making mental health conversations more accessible and reducing stigma.
